Updated: Nov 9, 2024

I have so many emotions that come up for me regarding this topic. However, I feel honored to be able to share a piece of what my experiences were and are today. I hope that my story will not only give you a little more insight on what life has been like for myself since May 15th. 2014 but, to give at least 1 survivor the Hope to continue on this journey that we are all on in this world however, for those who are TBI survivors, I hope that this will create a positive ripple effect in your recovery and journey after surviving your Traumatic Brain Injury. When a individual is unable to even talk because they don't have any memory of what a word is that was a challenge in which I struggle with to this day. The ways that I only knew how to talk was to cry. Not because of any other reason except for being in so much pain.
